Production Timeline, Communication, and Delivery Methods
Payment is generally required in advance.
You may choose one of the following two payment methods.
■ About the Production Schedule
Information regarding available production periods will be announced going forward (from January 1, 2026 onward)
on the top page of our website or on the profile section of X (formerly Twitter).
Please be sure to check this information before submitting a request.
■ Communication and Delivery Methods
Due to spam issues and occasional notification problems,
we do not recommend using X (formerly Twitter) direct messages
for production-related communication or delivery.
For discussions related to requests and for delivery, we recommend using one of the following methods:
- Discord (highest priority)
- Email
■ About X (formerly Twitter) Direct Messages
We accept X (formerly Twitter) direct messages for brief inquiries, questions, or consultations only.
Please note that responses via DM may be delayed.
For smoother and faster communication, Discord is recommended,
especially if your request is time-sensitive.
■ PayPal
A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address.
Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal balance.
Please note that PayPal transaction fees will be included in the total commission fee.
■ Payment via the intermediary platform “Tsunagu”
For those who prefer not to make direct payments, payment via the intermediary platform “Tsunagu” is also available.
(Tsunagu is a commission-based platform similar to SKIMA or Cocorara.)
The total payment amount will be the quoted fee plus Tsunagu’s service fee.
