​​■ About Requests and Production

- At this time, we do not accept requests for artwork that closely imitates or replicates a third party’s illustrations or art style (including tracing or near-copying).

- The sample illustrations displayed are provided solely as references for style and atmosphere.
  We are unable to produce works that are identical or exact reproductions.
  If you have a specific mood or direction in mind, please consult with us and include references to our past works.

- Please provide details such as size, format, and any elements that must be included as specifically as possible in advance.
  Sharing clear details beforehand allows us to create artwork that more closely matches your expectations.

- For color rough drafts, we will provide drafts that do not significantly differ from the final colors or composition, within reasonable limits.
  If you have any questions or requests, please share them at the rough draft review stage.

- If we do not receive a response for more than three (3) days during inquiries or discussions, we may prioritize other projects.

- If multiple requests are received during the same period, we will proceed as follows:
  1) Responses will be handled in the order inquiries are received
  2) Production schedules will be secured in the order payments are completed

■ Revisions (Retakes)

- Free revisions are limited to up to two (2) rounds at the rough draft stage and one (1) round after completion.

- Please consolidate all revision requests into a single message (bullet points are acceptable).

- If new requests were not shared during the initial briefing, or if significant changes to the artwork are required, additional fees will apply regardless of the number of revisions.
  Examples include adding new elements or changing the composition after the rough draft stage.

- We will create the artwork based on the models or references provided in advance.
  If any distinctive features (e.g., beauty marks, eye shape) are missing, please feel free to point them out.

■ Payment

- Please complete payment by the scheduled transfer date or by the deadline stated on the electronic invoice.

- If payment is not received by the deadline without prior notice, the order may be treated as canceled.

- If payment is made after the deadline, the production schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

■ Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will apply from the following stages:

- More than 7 days after the payment date: 25% of the total fee
- From 3 days prior to the scheduled production start date: 25% of the total fee
- During production:
  - Rough draft stage: 50% of the total fee
  - Final production stage: 100% of the total fee

In unavoidable circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived.
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

■ Commercial Use and Secondary Use

- Works that use background materials distributed by third parties cannot be used for commercial purposes due to license restrictions.
  If commercial use is desired, please request custom background creation separately.

- Original works created by us may be used commercially.
  Usage fees will apply, so please consult with us in advance.

If unauthorized commercial use or secondary use is identified, we may charge secondary usage fees or request discontinuation of use.

■ Credit Attribution and Portfolio Publication

- For personal commissions, we may publish the work as part of our portfolio.
  As a general guideline, works may be published after three (3) months from the delivery date, even if they have not yet been made public.

- If there is a confirmed public release date more than three (3) months in the future, please inform us in advance.

- Credit attribution is required regardless of the medium.
  Please ensure the creator is clearly identifiable.
  Details on credit notation will be provided at delivery.

If you do not wish to include credit attribution, an additional fee of 50% of the artwork fee will apply.

■ Other Important Notes

- The use of delivered works for AI training or machine learning is strictly prohibited.

- Any use beyond the stated purpose, as well as unauthorized redistribution, modification, or commercial use, is not permitted.
